Ingredients::

1. Sugar - 1 Kg

2. Water - 400 ml

2. Citric Acid - 1 pinch

3. Rasberry color - 2 tspn

4. Sahiabja Essence - 1 tsp

5. Khus Essence - 1/2 tsp

6. Kewada Essence - 1/2 tspn

7. White Rose Essence - 1/2 tspn

8. Honey - 50 gms

Procedure:

  • Take one bowl and add sugar and water and put it on the stove and boil it till the sugar dissolves.
  • After it boils for two minutes, add Citric acid and boil it for 2-3 minutes.
  • If two to three bubbles will come ,Switch of the gas.
  • After it becomes cold add Rasberry color,Sahiabja Essence,Khus Essence,Kewada Essence and White Rose Essence and mix it properly.
  • And pour this mixture in bottle and store it in refrigerator.
  • When you want two serve take two tspns(or more according to your taste)of this mixture and 1 cup of chilled milk or water and mix it well with the help of mixie.
  • Pour this Sharbat in glasses and serve during summer.
