Ingredients::

1. Sugar - 3 cups

4. Lemon juice(squeez the lemons) - 1 cup

2. Elaichi powder - 4 -5 pieces

Procedure:

  • Take one bowl and pour lemon juice and add sugar and put it aside for 1 hour.
  • Take another bowl and pour water and boil it.
  • When the water starts boiling, put the lemon juice and sugar bowl in and let the water boil.(steam)
  • If the sugar dissolves completely in lemon juice, switch of the gas and add elaichi powder to the lemon mixture and mix it well.
  • After it cools, pour this mixture in bottle and store it in refrigerator.
  • When you want two serve take two tspns(or more according to your taste)of this mixture and 1 cup of cool water and mix it well
  • Pour this Sharbat in glasses and serve it.
