Ingredients::

1. Sugar - 1 Kg

2. Water - 400 ml

2. Citric Acid - 1 pinch

3. Kesar - 30-40 clusters

4. Badam - 100

5. Elaichi - 10 pieces powdered

6. Luke Warm Water - 1 cup

7. Milk - 1 cup

8. Lemon Yellow color - 5-8 drops

Procedure:

  • Soak the Badam pieces in luke warm water at the night time.After it soaks in the morning peel those and gring it with milk.(paste may not be too smooth,if small pieces will be left it will be better. )
  • After it soaks in the morning, peel those and grind it in mixie with milk.(Paste may not be too smooth,if small pieces will be left it will be better.
  • Crush the elaichies and grind it into powder.
  • Take one big bowl and add sugar and water and put it on the stove and boil it till the sugar dissolves.
  • After it boils for two minutes, add Citric acid and boil it for 2-3 minutes.
  • If two to three bubbles will come ,Switch of the gas.
  • And add Badam paste, Kesar (with milk),Elaichi powder and mix it well.
  • Again switch on the gas,let it boil for two or three minutes, if two to three bubbles will come,switch os the gas and let it cool completely.
  • After it cools,add lemon Yellow color and mix it well.
  • And pour this mixture in bottle and store it in refrigerator.
  • When you want two serve take two tspns(or more according to your taste)of this mixture and 1 cup of chilled milk and mix it well with the help of mixie.
  • Pour this Sharbat in glasses and serve during summer.
