Ingredients::
1. Rice - 1 cup
2. Water - 2 cups
3. Oil - 3 tblsp
4. Garam Masala Powder - 1 tblsp
5. Ginger & Garalic paste - 1 tblsp
6. Onions - 1/2 cup
7. Green Chillis - 2
8. Curry Leaves
9. Salt
10. Mixed Vegetables chopped (Potato, Carrot, Cauliflower, Green Peas, Beans)-1/2 cup
Procedure:
- Heat pressure cooker, add oil & fry greenchilli, onions, curry leaf
- Add ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder & mixed vegetables. Fry for 5 mins.
- Add rice then fry for 10 min and then add salt.
- Add 2 cups of water
- Keep the weight..and wait for 3 whisles.
