Red Leaves Rice
Ingredients :
- Rice - 1 cup (250 gms)
- Water - 2 cups
- Red leaves - 2 cups
- Oil - 3 tspns
- Ghee - 1 tspn
- Salt - 2 tspns (to taste)
- Onions - 2 (chopped)
- Green chillis - 4 (sliced)
- Cardamom (Elaichi) - 3 pieces
- Cloves (Lavang) - 3 pieces
- Cinammon (Dalchini) - 3 small pieces

- Biriyani leaves - 2
- Jaji puvvu Flower - 3 small pieces
- Cashewnuts - 5 pieces
Procedure :-
- Heat Pressure cooker and put oil and ghee in it .
- Add cardamom,cloves,cinammon,biriyani leaf,jaji puvvu,chillis and fry and add cashew,onions and fry well and add Red leaves and fry well.
- Add rice and fry for 3 minutes and add water,salt and let it cook for 5 minutes .
- Then put the lid and put the Pressure on it.
- After it is cooked serve it with raita .
